About the role:

Working on a large IT project within the NSW state government the Customer Service Team Leader has 3 direct reports. You will be responsible for managing and leading the customer service team including Helpdesk and Sales Support. Key duties include:

  • Review, enhance/develop and implement measurable process improvements
  • Conduct performance analysis and reporting back to the managers with any recommendations on process improvements.
  • Manage enquiries from distributors and customers
  • Ensure that all team KPIs and SLAs are achieved
  • Monitor customer trends and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Manage daily operations, handling escalations, training and developing the team and ongoing performance reviews.

About you:

  • Minimum 3 years of previous Team Leader experience in a customer service and sales environment (essential)
  • Proven ability to develop a high-performing team
  • Problem solving, reporting & analytical skills
  • A proven ability to meet KPIs and deadlines
  • Proficient use of Excel and SAP (Essential)
