your new role

A typical day in your new role will involve managing and mentoring an existing customer service team, giving constant direction to ensure all customer enquiries are rightfully attended to.

your key duties

  • Observe performance of team members and develop them in the best way possible
  • Handle all escalations and provide resolution
  • Analyse reports from system and review with relevant departments
  • Create and implement work procedures to enhance service delivery
  • Give statistical feedback on performance for staff evaluation
  • Delegate customer duties to ensure smoother flow of operation

your profile

  • Recent proven, stable experience in a similar team leader role for an organisation that manufactures and / or distributes products
  • A strong mentality that quality service should be always above and beyond as the norm
  • Excellent skills for communicating with staff members
  • Ability to multitask, and organise work priorities
  • Sound skills in problem solving and planning.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
