About the role

As a customer service officer, you will be responsible for answering enquiries via phone, email and face to face. Some other common duties may include:

  • Providing up to date and accurate information to customers
  • Processing applications using an internal computer system
  • Maintaining up to date records in the database
  • Identifying and converting warm business opportunities
  • Processing payments, handling cash and receipting electronic payments

Requirements

To be successful for this role you MUST:

  • Have a valid WWCC and police check
  • Previous experience in customer service/sales role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (word, excel and outlook)
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities

  • Have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Ability to pick up internal computer systems quickly
  • Have a positive and resilient outlook
  • Strong work ethics and be a team player
