Your new role

As a Customer Care Consultant you will be the voice of nib, our goal everyday is to engage customers over the phone and build rapport through genuine conversations, allowing you to truly understand our customer needs, and offering value on every call. You will be working closely with your Team Leader who you will be reporting to. You will be provided with development, coaching and advice to enhance our customers experience.

About you

You thrive on “human” conversations, are driven by goals, naturally inquisitive and resilient with an ability to articulate, listen and communicate effectively. You fancy yourself technically savvy, you are a fast learner and strive for success!

You are available and flexible to be rostered between the hours of 8.00am to 8.30pm, Monday to Friday and Saturday's on a rotation basis between the hours of 8.00am to 1.00pm. You will be available to start in your new role on 16th of April 2018!
