Randstad is currently taking expressions of interest for experienced and motivated Customer Service Representatives. Our clients have regular requirements for both temporary and permanent opportunities.

Your duties will include:

  • First point of contact for incoming calls from both new and existing customers
  • Handling customer complaints and dispute resolution
  • Data entry
  • Email correspondence
  • Ensuring KPI’s are met daily
  • Complete day to day administrative duties as required

To be successful you will need:

  • Previous experience in a high volume contact centre environment
  • Exposure in handling both low complexity and complex calls
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • The ability to learn new systems quickly
