About the Company

Work for well known e-commerce courier company within their contact centre. The business have been providing leading customer service since the 80's and continue to improve their services for their customers.

About the Role

This is a fast paced role dealing with customer enquiries, inbound calls (first point resolution) and managing complaints.

The role is a full-time opportunity with Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:00pm hours (38 hour) working week in 2 - 3 month contract dependant on the business needs. Applicants must have full availability and no planned leave in the first 3 months to be considered for this role. Start date is late February – early March 2019.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Be a customer service leader
  • Contact centre - high VOLUME!
  • Communicate and liaise with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Manage enquiries
  • Perform administrative duties for enquiries
  • Providing cover if needed at nearby sites
  • Abide by professional policies and procedures set in place

About You

To be successful for this role you will need to demonstrate a positive, flexible and friendly approach to work and your team members. Your presentation must be impeccable and professional as you will be a representative of the business.

Skills & Experience

  • Min 12 month Contact centre experience
  • Computer knowledge and ability to learn new systems in a timely manner
  • Ability to process high volume data entry in a quick and accurate manner
  • Resilient and ability to focus on the task at hand
  • Dealing with sensitive and/or personal material
  • Ability to learn and retain knowledge quickly and effectively
