    The Company

    A well established industry leader with a strong reputation in the market for supplying quality products located in the Wetherill Park area. Due to growth an experienced, committed and well spoken Customer Service Representative is needed to join their dynamic team.

    The Position

    As a Customer Service Representative, your daily responsibilities will include:

    • Handle customer queries in relation to products and availability
    • Order processing via phone and email
    • Accurate data entry and database management
    • Assist with catalogue enquiries
    • Manage back order report

    The Candidate

    • Previous experience in a similar Customer Service position
    • Intermediate MS Office skills and ability to pick up new systems
    • Ability to build rapport with stakeholders
    • Be a team player and able to prioritise effectively
    • Experience with either Navision or Salesforce is an advantage
    • Demonstrate a positive
