    Your New Company:

    Long established and highly successful services organisation with a strong reputation in the market, located in the Rydalmere area. Due to growth an opportunity has become available for an experienced, self motivated and energetic Scheduler to join a dynamic team.



    Your New Role:
    Reporting to the Manager, we require a well spoken and dedicated Scheduler to co-ordinate jobs for the NSW business and customers; as well as perform other office admin duties. You will be responsible for:

    • Connecting with technicians to plan their daily work schedule and access into properties
    • Calling clients to schedule future appointments
    • Maintaining a warm relationship with internal and external stakeholders
    • Operate our internal database for data entry of incoming jobs

    About You:

    • Previous experience in a similar customer service/ call center position
    • An outgoing and friendly personality
    • Ability to pick up processes and systems quickly
