The Role

This is a great opportunity to work within a state government organisation. You will be working in a small team within a call centre environment. Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative will be to answer inbound calls and provide advice and assistance to people regarding their working with children check applications. This role is for 6 months however it is likely to extend and be ongoing.

The candidate

You will be an experienced Customer Service Representative who has previously worked within a call centre environment.

You will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to work towards KPIs
  • Previously worked in a call centre
  • Provide high level customer service

Please note that for this role should you be successful, you will be required to undergo a working with children check.
