Your new role: As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of our client. Here’s what a day in your role will look like:
- Answer customer and supplier enquiries with a smile, both over the phone and via email.
- Keep customers in the loop with the latest updates and changes to their orders.
- Team up with the sales squad to prepare and process sales quotes.
- Stay on top of costs and prices, and support the sales team by spotting new sales opportunities.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Background in Customer Service, Call Centre, or Order Processing.
- Skills: Proficiency in SAP
