This is an exciting opportunity to work within the retail industry as a Customer Service Representative. You will be working in a fast paced environment and will receive support from both your managers and team members in this collaborative environment.

About the Role

This is a fast paced role handling customer enquiries both via phone, email, live chat and written correspondence. This is a casual opportunity where you will be required to work a minimum of 3-4 shifts per week between the hours of Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm and weekends 10am - 4pm.

Please note : this role will be starting in January 2020.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responding to all customer feedback received via phone, email, live chat and written correspondence
  • Assisting customers to place orders online and instore
  • Assisting customers to resolve enquiries
  • Escalating any enquiries and complaints when required
  • Completing administrative tasks when required

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in customer service, whether that be face to face or phone based
  • You will be customer focused
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multi task and work under pressure
  • A collaborative nature
