job description

An exciting opportunity exists to join a leading superannuation administrator on a 3 month contract in their inbound member services team. Due to recent legislative changes this company is seeking multiple member service officers to join their team to assist with inbound calls and enquiries in relation to these updates.

Day to day responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from members / third parties
  • Provide detailed information in relation to recent legislation changes
  • Update and maintain member records in order to ensure a high level of service with every interaction
  • Take ownership of each call to ensure first call resolution
  • Investigation and ownership of complex member queries

Key Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in a phone based position
  • Previous experience within financial services will be highly regarded
  • Available to work Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm roster
  • Available to start 1st July
  • (Note working holiday visas are welcome to apply for this position)
