    An Australian leader in manufacturing located in the Ingleburn area is looking for an experienced and self motivated Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team.



    Your new role

    • First point of contact for customers and clients
    • Order processing and general administration duties
    • Manage return processes and review credit cases
    • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Ensure compliance is maintained in line with all policies, procedures and reporting systems

    Your Experience and Skills

    • Previous experience in a similar office based customer service role
    • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders via various channels
    • Proficient in Excel and Outlook and ability to pick up systems. SAP preferred but not essential.
    • High level of attention to detail and time management skills
