• Location: Heatherton, VIC (must be available to work in other location in the southeast region)
• Hours: 20-38 hours per week (Monday - Friday, must be availbele all 5 days)
• Pay Rate: $34.59 per hour + superannuation
• Contract length: 6 months + extension
• Must hold a full Victorian Driver's License
• Flexibility: This is an Onsite position

Key accountabilities

• First point of contact for customers handling inbound calls
• Responding to customer needs in a professional and timely manner
• Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through first contact resolution
• Carry-out administrative tasks such as issuing written correspondence, scheduling appointments, processing customers requests
• Ensure the integrity, protection and compliance of information and customer data
• You will be trained in various areas of the business. This includes in-depth training as a License Testing Officer and exploring the digital space
• Working flexible hours (20-38 hours/week) within operational hours of 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Key selection criterias

• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Strong attention to details and understanding of data privacy and security
• Ability to work with KPIs
• Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute
• You must have valid Victorian Full Drivers license, with a clean record(subject to check )
• flexibility to work a range of different hours and commit to on-call shifts when not
