Your next opportunity

This ASX listed company is a leader in entertainment, delivering a large offering of services and products that can be found Australia wide. As a customer service representative, you will be working on the frontline of our call centres, supporting our clients and customers and providing them with assistance. There are multiple positions on offer with an average of 30-35 hours per week depending on call volumes. These roles are estimated for 4 weeks to cover this company's peek period.

Your new role

  • Being the first point of contact you will effectively manage inbound calls from customers Australia wide
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Provide support and information to our partnered venues and offer technical expertise on our product offering.

Your skills and experience

  • Existing experience in a customer service environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic attitude and great team work skills.
  • Ability to pick up new information quickly, previous product knowledge is not essential.
  • Availability to work a range of shifts between 8am-11pm, Monday to Saturday on a rotating roster (must be able to work nights and Saturdays!)
  • As these roles are offering up to full time hours we cannot accept student visas at this stage.
