About The Role
As a Customer Service Representative you will join the afternoon team of Customer Service Professionals. You will report directly to the Manager who is known within the business for their supportive personality and expertise.
Your Duties Will Include
... - Supporting the Customer Service Manager and the wider team
- Providing high level of support; answering telephones and emails
- Provide accurate information in relation to products
- Ensure customers records are kept up to date and accurate
- Identify sales opportunities for products and services

About You
- Previous Customer Service, Automotive or Administration experience
