job description

  • 3 x Full Time (Monday to Friday) roles available
  • 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract with possibility for permanency based on performance
  • 3 weeks intensive office based training with a move to work from home there after (opportunity to work from the office once a week as well)
  • Must be available to interview on the 6th and 7th of August.
  • The position commences on 12th August 2020

What will you be doing?

  • Servicing customers, dealer partners and stakeholders through multiple channels. These include, Telephone (Inbound & Outbound) Email, Web, Chat, SMS, Facebook, Instagram and Partner Communities
  • Resolve customer enquiries and complaints at the first point of contact
  • Generate revenue through appointment setting
  • Long term case management and complex problem solving
  • Actively develop knowledge, business acumen and skills
