Our client is an industry leader and manufacturer of proprietary filtration, separation and purification products and solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivate Customer Service Representative to join a high performing and motivated team on a full-time basis.

Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Processing sales orders and quotations within 24 hours of receiving order
  • Order/data entry
  • Inbound and outbound Customer Service
  • Process credits and debits
  • Liasing with Supply Chain department in regards to product availability
  • Assist in the preparation of appropriate customer quality documentation
  • General administration duties

To be considered for this role, you must have the following:

  • Previous Customer Service & Administration experience
  • Experience with SAP highly desirable
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to follow process and procedure
