Randstad is currently working with Government client who has an exciting opportunity for customer service officers. This department work collaborative to deliver outstanding customer service outcomes and pride themselves building solid relationships not only within their team but their internal and external stakeholders.

About you:

  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Be results driven and work towards KPIs;
  • Good attention to detail;
  • Be organised and have the ability to prioritise;
  • Strong phone manner; and
  • Ability to learn quickly and understand complex legislation

Duties:

  • Acknowledging and resolving queries;
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Processing invoices and general administrative duties;
  • Contribute to team performance, productivity and accountability for all outcomes
