Randstad would like to hear from candidate’s who pride themselves on their professional customer service ability. We have multiple positions available for an 4 week contract with one of Australia’s largest airlines for the busy holiday period. These are fast paced roles that require full commitment throughout the contract.

The suitable candidate’s will have 2 years experience in a face to face customer service role, be available 7 days a week on a rotating roster system through April and be very reliable. Training and uniforms will be provided before the start date.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Helping customers at the self service kiosks
  • Assisting with self bag drop
  • Answering customer queries
  • Directing customers through the airport
  • Maintaining the high level of customer experience

Selection Criteria:

  • 2 years experience in a customer service role
  • Ability to multitask and excel within a busy environment
  • Resilience in high pressure situations
  • Hotel or hospitality experience is highly regarded
  • Flexible with hours and reliable
