Your Duties:
- Responsible for supporting and maintaining high quality customer relationships
- Provides internal and external customer support relating to enquiries and requests
- Provides the first point of contact for service customers
- Data entry
- General administration duties
About you:
- Extensive experience in administration and customer service
- Proficient experience using SAP
- Sales experience
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
