Randstad are currently seeking career minded Customer service professionals to join one of Australia’s largest banks within their Contact Centre at Bedford Park.

We are not only looking for Call Centre applicants but also office all rounders, receptionists, travel agents, switchboard operators and similar, use your transferable skills in a new industry.

The main core of this role is to provide excellent customer service satisfaction to existing and prospective customers, employers and financial advisers regarding products and services. You will be working in a dynamic and high-volume environment within a culture and working environment unlike any other.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage inquiries for existing customers
  • Deepen and retain customer relationships through retention of customers
  • Act with urgency and respond to customer inquiries or requests immediately
  • Always look for new opportunities to delight our customers
  • Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of customer experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong background in Call Centre or experience handling a high volume of calls
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Proven examples of strong customer focus and dispute resolution
  • Have capability to assist customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Undertake administrative duties as required
