This position is for a Customer Service Representative who will assist the Customer Service Manager with a team of 4 in looking after all of their important clients. The prospects in this company are endless if you are looking for a particular career later down the line, as you will be trained to have an understanding of all departments.

In this role you will be:

  • Taking orders via incoming phone calls, emails and the Sales Reps
  • Checking emails every 2 hours and respond as per the requirements
  • Arranging credits and returns
  • General administration duties

Ideally you will have:

  • Previous experience in Customer Service from a retail, hospitality or telesales/inbound call background
  • Self Awareness
  • The ability to take initiative and think on your feet
  • The ability to problem solve
  • A positive and can do attitude
