Randstad is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives for multiple full time temporary contracts with Revenue NSW in their Maitland contact centre.

  • Generous hourly rate
  • Regular full time hours Monday to Friday
  • Convenient access to public transport and ample parking

The Role:

You will be tasked to deliver customer service in a busy professional contact centre located in the Lower Hunter. Join a team where your colleagues and leaders create a great place to work and deliver exceptional customer service on each call.

What we’re looking for:

  • High attention to detail
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • The ability to pick up policies and procedures quicikly
  • Availability to work between the hours of 7.30am - 7.00pm Monday to Friday starting 25th March
  • Adaptable communication and interpersonal skills
