We are currently partnering with a well known​ and extremely reputable​ Health Insurance company​ in Brisbane. We have multiple opportunities seeking experienced customer service professionals to work as a Central Support Consultant. They are conveniently located in Brisbane CBD, close to public transport and are offering temporary opportunities for up to three months.

Purpose of the role

This is an excellent opportunity to take your experience in dealing with customers to the next level, and build a career with the organisation at the forefront of the industry.

Manage a portfolio of customers through developing strong and effective relationships and enhance communication to meet client and customer needs.

You MUST have experience within a call centre environment to be considered and be able to start ASAP. To be considered for this role MUST have, current Police Check and be an Australian Citizen.

Key accountabilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service in a Call Centre environment
  • Providing high level customer service and dealing with complex enquiries
  • Review upcoming medical appointments end to end claims management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reach out to providers and health specialists

Selection criteria:

You must be a great communicator that thrives on achieving outcomes, pride yourself on your ability to adopt a partnered approach and be able to truly understand the needs of your customers.

If you have previous experience in recruitment/job placement, allied health, insurance or personal injury claims we would love to hear from you in regards to these roles.

About you:

To be successful for this role you must have the following:

  • 1-2 years previous experience within a similar role
  • Previous experience within a Call Centre environment
  • Flexibility and reliable
  • Customer first attitude
  • Current Police Check
  • Australian Citizen
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • ASAP Start date availability
  • A passion for the health industry
