Your duties may include, but are not limited to Working in a call centre environment, listening to and inputting the information into a databaseHandling a high volume of inbound calls, making outbound calls as necessaryManage and update databases, ensuring data is recorded correctlyFollowing a script and using correct legislative wordingAsk questions and escalate any complex inquiries/concerns to supervisors as neededAbout Yourself Courteous phone manner and ability to provide fantastic customer service to people from different age groups and backgroundsStrong computer literacy skills, numeracy skills and attention to detailPatience and the ability to coach through process and solutions over the phoneAble to follow written and verbal instructions precisely and consistently follow set procedures/repetitive tasksThese roles require strict political neutrality.
