    Your new Company:

    This company provides solutions for construction and maintenance services with offices across multiple locations. Due to growth an opportunity has become available for a proactive, reliable and passionate Customer Service Operator. You will be part of a close knit team assisting various internal and external stakeholders.

    Some of your main responsibilities will include:

    • Responsible for the day-to-day responsiveness to service requests.
    • Take accountability for receipt, allocation and completion of service requests.
    • Handling over the phone and email enquiries.
    • Communicate and engage with all stakeholders.
    • Provide proactive administrative support.

    Your profile will demonstrate:

    • Experience in a busy, high volume customer service role
    • Strong administration skills & high attention to detail
    • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills
    • Have the ability to meet tight deadlines & prioritise effectively.
    • Quick learner, can work unsupervised & be self motivated
    • Previous experience with KPI's
