Your new role

You will be working for a large state government organisation who changes lives through education. Working full time hours Monday to Friday you will be involved in supporting students through their educational journey.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role you must have proven inbound Customer service experience and a passion for helping people. You must be confident at taking inquiries via telecommunication.You must have a professional phone manner and accurate data entry skills. You will possess the ability to maintain professional relationships, integrity and accountability with all staff, service providers and stakeholders. A WWCC is required ( paid ) to apply for this role. If you have Sales experience this will also be advantageous.
