Randstad is currently working on multiple opportunities within the SA State Government and we are seeking experienced Customer Service Officers!
...
All roles will be varied and will involve (but not limited to):
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Providing high level, confidential administrative support
- Navigate through multiple screens and programs whilst being on the phone
- Answering phone calls and assisting with enquiries
- Ad hoc reporting, filing and other administrative tasks as required
What you will need:
- Be available Monday - Friday 37.5 hours a week
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Have the ability to adapt to different tasks in short timeframes
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of computer literacy
- Organisation skills, with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Work with others in a large team with the ability to work autonomously
- To be inclusive, understand and respect cultural and religious diversity
- Commitment and adherence to organisation values and policy and procedure
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to show initiative and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
