State Government agency seeking experienced Customer Service professionals to assist with assessing and processing Home Builder Grant Applications.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Assisting with the assessment and processing of Home Builder Grant applications
- Providing excellent and efficient service to all customers
- Taking in bound calls assisting with customer queries
- Prepare basic letters, emails and reports for both internal and external stakeholders
To be successful you will have:
- Experience in reviewing/assessing applications or applying guidelines in a Government agency
- Exceptional customer service skills
- The ability problem solve and adapt to rapid changing environments
- Great attention to detail and ability to meet and exceed KPi's
