Our client is a leading provider within the Waste Services industry. An exciting temporary opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Officer to join their team in Welshpool on a 3 month assignment. The company culture is hard working, team focused and supportive.


  • Handle all calls incoming and outgoing politely and professionally
  • Accurately and efficiently input of data
  • Offer service and product information to customers as requested
  • Provide exemplary customer service and problem solving assistance
  • Administrative support including stationary ordering, maintaining a clean and tidy office and adhoc support to the wide management team


As an ideal applicant, you will have the following;

  • Previous experience within a similar capacity
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Intermediate MS Office Suite
  • Fantastic written and oral communication
  • Professional in both presentation and manner
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Strong Customer Service Focus
