Randstad has partnered exclusively with one of the largest transport companies in the country! Due to continued growth our client based in Subiaco are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their team on a permanent full time basis.
Your Duties:
- Providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders
- Client liason
- Receiving, processing and managing client purchase orders
- Liaising with overseas offices / agents as well as shipping lines, airlines and co-loaders
- Coordinating relevant documentation for processing and clearance
- Preparing and maintaining client status reports for key clients
- General administration duties
About you:
- Experience in the transport industry (essential)
- 3+ years experience using Cargowise and freight forwarding experience (essential)
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
