Your new company:
You will join a leading service provider located nearby to Rydalmere in a vibrant corporate office setting. You will join a high performing, skilled team in a company that is a well known iconic Australian brand name and market leader in their field. For the right candidate, you could have the opportunity to secure a permanent role and progress in this company on a full time basis, Monday to Friday.

Your new role:

Your definitive goal is to deliver smart, agile and efficient call taking and dispatch services that meet community and customer needs delivered by a technology.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Receive and process customer calls with the utmost professionalism.
  • Monitoring signals and provide information to the proper authorities.
  • Assign and dispatch services that meets the customer needs.
  • Assist customers whilst gathering information, troubleshooting and transferring calls.
  • Maintain current knowledge of brands, products and services.

Your profile:

  • Recent, tenured experience in a customer service role will be highly regarded.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both in oral and written form.
  • Sound skills in problem solving and troubleshooting.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
