About the organisation:

They lead in administration solutions for a wide range of banking and financial institutions and are looking for a number of professionals to join their growing team as a customer service consultant. We currently have multiple permanent opportunities to start immediately in a convenient location close to public transport in Rhodes.

About the role:

As a customer service consultant you will be the first point of contact for members and employers for a range of superannuation products. Build on your communication skills through developing strong and effective relationships.

Selection criteria:

You must be a great communicator that thrives on achieving outcomes, pride yourself on your ability to adopt a partnered approach and be able to truly understand the needs of your customers. Provide customers with optimal customer service including quality and timely decisions.

  • 1-3 years contact centre experience
  • Strong customer service capabilities
  • Ideally have worked within the banking and financial services industry
  • Have sound technical capabilities
  • Have a “can do attitude” and strong work ethic
  • Be a team player
