Duties include:
- Answer incoming calls and emails and forwarding them to the appropriate business areas.
- Accurately capturing data and entering into business systems.
- Interpret legislation and provide resolution to Client enquiries as appropriate.
- Experience using websites, computers and knowledge bases to locate and retrieve information.
About you:
- Proven ability to identify and find solutions to meet Clients requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to work within given time-frames.
- Experienced in interpreting and applying policies, guidelines and/or legislation.
- Experienced in the collation, preparation and analysis of statistical information.
- Friendly and can-do approach to work.
