Your new company plays a major role in revitalising the Local Government area. Your new role will be to provide high quality, efficient, professional customer service whilst delivering accurate advice and information to customers and residents. The position requires a high degree of team work, initiative, multitasking and confidentiality.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing a high level of professionalism, support and customer satisfaction in all interactions
  • Answering a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and face to face interaction
  • Providing services and facilities across a range of customer service operational areas
  • Administration and customer service support functions
  • Assist with providing a range of records management services and overall information handling

About you

  • Highly motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Patient, understanding and thrives when working under pressure
  • Ability to achieve outcomes, and exceed KPI’s
  • Works productively individually and within a team environment
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a call centre environment
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new software programs
