Our experts recruit administration, accounting and finance, policy and communication role types. We currently have a fantastic opportunity to start the new year with a State Government body for an experienced and passionate call centre operator. If you enjoy providing top level customer service and want to be rewarded with training and development, then this is the role for you!

Role Duties

· First point of contact for public enquiries - providing information & switchboarding
· Managing difficult callers and providing a high level of customer service
· Accessing databases to locate accurate information to relay and updating database
· Collecting and processing payments


· Previous call centre experience is highly regarded / must have a high level of customer service
· An ability to manage difficult customers and diffuse over the phone
· Ability to work in a non-scripted and scripted environment
· IT and computer navigation skills - touch typing, using databases
· A high level of resilience and empathy
