About the Role

This is a fast paced role dealing with customer enquiries and drive testing. There’s the possibility to move into different areas within the company such as senior customer service provided you demonstrate your ‘can do’ attitude with the willingness to improve on your current skill set.

The role is a temporary opportunity with Monday – Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. You will be rostered between 15 to 38 hours per week, however must be available for full time hours. This role will be starting late January 2020 with an Assessment Centre being held mid January.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Be a customer service leader driving high end quality advice at all times
  • Communicate and liaise with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Manage enquiries and applications
  • Perform administrative duties for enquiries
  • When experienced – moving into testing and feedback team
  • Providing cover if needed at nearby sites
  • Abide by professional policies and procedures set in place

About You

To be successful for this role you will need to demonstrate a positive, flexible and friendly approach to work and your team members. Your presentation must be impeccable and professional as you will be a representative of the business.

Skills & Experience

  • Min 12 month face to face customer service experience
  • Computer knowledge and ability to learn new systems in a timely manner
  • Ability to process high volume data entry in a quick and accurate manner
  • Resilient and ability to focus on the task at hand
  • Dealing with sensitive and/or personal material
  • A full Australian drivers licence, preferably with a great driving record
  • Clerical and money handling skills
  • Ability to learn and retain knowledge quickly and effectively
