Randstad have partnered with one of Australia’s reputable Banks. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Professional to join their team in Clare. You will be the face of the Branch, helping customers achieve their financial goals. This is an ongoing casual position where flexibility is required.

The main core of this role is to provide excellent customer service satisfaction to new and existing customers.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have the ability to go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service
• Be able to build strong rapport with customers
• Possess strong communication skills
• Have capability to assist customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Undertake administrative duties as required
• Possess high degree of attention to detail and accuracy

The days of work are Monday - Friday.
