Your new company:

Our client is looking for a customer service officer to continue delivering excellent customer service while providing accurate responses to questions regarding financial planning.

This company has over 25 year’s industry experience and currently works with over 60,000 clients. They have established themselves as one of Australia’s finest in financial planning. Since their beginnings they have continuously provided expert advice in planning and preparing for their clients retirement. Hand in hand with this advice they have delivered excellent customer service, emphasising a personal touch to deliver their skilled service and knowledge.

In your new role, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Being the first point of contact for the business
  • Being able to provide relevant financial information to clients
  • Taking messages
  • Booking meetings for clients and professionals
  • Super and state reviews through task management
  • Assisting the service team and planners
  • Other adhoc duties

You will show area’s of expertise in the following:

  • Efficiency within the Microsoft office suite
  • CRM Database experience
  • Excellent phone manner and face to face presentation
  • Corporate approach
  • Positive attitude and client manner
  • 1-2 years experience in a role similar
  • RG146 will be required however it may be attained while working
