Upon completing a comprehensive training and induction program, you'll join a team dedicated to assisting customers with general enquiries related to business and farm insurance. In this role, your responsibilities would include:
- Assisting customers and external stakeholders with their enquiries
- Educating customers on the organisation's products and policies
- Collaborating effectively with other internal teams with regards to complex enquiries
- Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times

- Excellent communication skills
- A desire to learn and expand your skillset
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using computers
