Positions include:

• Customer Service via phone – inbound and outbound opportunities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Assist and educate customers through your expertise and knowledge
• Data entry into internal databases

The ideal candidate will have:

• Background in customer service or administration
• Professionalism and empathy
• Strong communication skills
• Sound computer skills
• The ability to undertake administrative duties as required
