We have full time positions available with the potential opportunity to work from home once training has been completed! Comprehensive training provided over a period of 8 weeks between 8.30 AM - 5.00 PM (Monday to Friday).

Duties:
- Communicate with customers via telephone and email
- Answer inbound Passport related inquiries
- Identify and fulfill customer needs to satisfaction
- Update and maintain database records
About you:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong computer skills
- Prior customer service experience is an added advantage
- MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ON A ROTATING ROSTER BETWEEN 8.00 AM - 8.00 PM (MONDAY - FRIDAY)
- MUST BE AN AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN
- NO COVID-19 VACCINATION REQUIRED
- Ability to pass a National Police Check and government clearance
