My client is an established & global transport organisation based in the western suburbs. Due to growth and an exciting win of a new client we are seeking Customer Service Officers to join the team on a Temporary basis with the view to permanency for the right person.
Monday to Friday
8:30am to 4:30pm or 9am to 5pm
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the customer transport planning
- Providing account management & customer service
- Liaising with freight companies and warehouse staff
- Answering all incoming calls with a friendly and professional manner
- Processing of orders using SAP
- ADHOC duties
- Attending to customer enquiries via phone & email
