Our client is a Global Business Process Outsourcer providing a suite of services to Government agencies across Australia. They are seeking Customer Service Professionals for their newly established contact centres based in Mill Park, Melbourne.

They need your strong administration and organisational skills to complement their energetic, fast-paced team environment working as one team to achieve desired outcomes.

On a daily basis, you will be responding to and processing written and online correspondence and back office data on behalf of a Federal Government Agency.

The must haves:

  • Availability to work between 15 and 38 hours per week
  • Ability to commit to 2 days training (10 hours per day) on consecutive weekend days at the commencement of your employment.
  • Availability to work between the hours of 7:00 pm – 12:00 am (midnight), Monday to Friday, and 8:00 am – 8:00 pm on weekends.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Confident and an engaging communication style
  • Strong comprehension and written skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skill
  • Ability to use computers and website navigation
  • Experience in similar customer service or data processing based roles will be an asset
