    Grow your customer service skills with our Federal Government clients on a temporary basis providing efficient and consistent support to customers.


    Randstad are currently recruiting for multiple Customer Service Positions working in contact centre environments. These opportunities will give you the exposure of working within Government and learning their systems, as well as further developing your already existing skills.

    We have multiple positions available across various departments, register your interest today and a consultant will reach out to you with suitable new roles!

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Provide a high level of customer experience
    • Provide up to date and accurate information to customers
    • First point of contact for inbound calls
    • Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner

    Key Requirements:

    • Previous experience working in a call centre environment
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Working effectively in a fast paced environment
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work with competing priorities
    • Sound computer skills with the ability to learn internal programs
    • Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude
    • Must be an Australian citizen
