job description

Randstad is currently seeking a customer Service Officer for a 3-6 month assignment commencing asap!

Duties:

▪ Provide a high level of customer service to our customers adhering to our service agreements

▪ Handle inbound phone enquiries - Delivering efficient and professional services

▪ Make outbound calls to customers / Account Managers to gather further information & clarify orders received.

▪ Process orders promptly and accurately into Movex.

▪ Respond to customer quote requests.

▪ Apply sales and pricing agreements to orders as required.

▪ Assist with the checking of orders to enhance the accuracy of delivered product.

▪ Liaise and co-ordinate order entry, bringing immediate attention to any anomalies.

▪ Adhere to Cut Off times, making sure all work received beforehand is entered by close off.

▪ Investigate errors, damage, credit claims and promise hits, as required.

▪ Process re deliveries and replacements, as instructed.

▪ Complaint resolution.

▪ Assist with reception duties where required.

Requirements:

▪ Customer service experience

▪ Sales experience

▪ Preferably in a manufacturing or roofing environment

▪ Must be able to pass D&A testing
