About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivatied and experienced inbound customer service representative to join a highly reputable NSW Government Organization with an immediate start.


Duties:

  • Provide a range of services, information and assistance to customers on a wide range of matters.
  • Respond to and resolve complex enquiries and issues to ensure the provision of accurate information
  • Assist with customer enquiries, complaints & correspondence
  • Provide with administrative duties such as; documentation, processing, lodgement and resolution of issues to contribute to the operations of the Business unit in line with legislative requirements

Skills & Experience

  • Previous inbound customer service/call centre experience is essential (preferably in banking or government organization)
  • Administration and data entry experience is also highly regarded
  • High level of empathy and resilience
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
