In this particular instance we are looking for the right candidate that will be responsible for supporting the Operations and Sales Activities for our client through the efficient processing and management of sales order.

The right candidate will be responsible for ensuring Associations, Distributions and Hospitals receive a high quality customer experience through direction action and support.

This includes response to customer enquiries, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide accurate information relating to orders, shipment, back orders returns and credits. You will also assist in running sample room area.


  • Receipt and accurate data entry of sales orders for Hospitals, Distributors and Association customers
  • Handle inbound calls from external and internal customers relating to sales orders and credits
  • Answer calls professionally
  • Return Goods Authorization (RGA) creation and processing to point of credit to customer
  • Service ticket creation and processing for all non-RGA service related issues, including credits.
  • Management of backorder communications to internal and external customers
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate resource to achieve resolution of customer issue.
  • Liaison with the customer regarding status of orders, and deliveries and resolve any customer issues quickly with the aim of providing the highest satisfaction for our customers.
  • Review that Non Ostomy contract/bid prices in the system match with purchase orders of customers
  • Tracking Local Shipments, Imports & Exports, Liaising with freight forwarders & 3rd Party Warehouse
  • Administrative duties within Customer Service and Supply Chain
  • Preparation of KPI reports for customer service / Logistics area.
  • Assist shipping sample orders on time and building homecare kits
