About the Company:

You will be working for a large, highly established government organisation that works directly with the people of NSW to provide high quality services such as; security and support services.

About the Role:

We are seeking a professional and dedicated team member to deliver courteous, empathetic and efficient customer service to the clientele of the organisation.


  • First point of contact for public enquiries - providing information & transferring calls.
  • Managing difficult callers and providing a high level of customer service.
  • Accessing databases to locate accurate information to relay and updating database.
  • Processing customer applications and data entry.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous customer service experience and legal background is highly regarded.
  • Experience in processing high volume of applications, documents and inputting data into systems.
  • An ability to manage difficult customers and diffuse over the phone.
  • IT and computer navigation skills - touch typing, using databases.
  • A high level of resilience and empathy.
